Thank you for volunteering your time to help sponsor our students on our away performances and competitions.

The expectations for sponsoring is that you will arrive 15 minutes prior to our loading time and assist in loading equipment when needed. You will then ride the bus to and from the event while assisting in the supervision of our students in the stands. You may be asked to help set the field for our performance as you are able.

Sponsors will not have to pay entrance fees to any festivals. Load times listed are subject to change after we receive our performance schedule for the event.

Mrs. Kennedy will contact you by email two weeks in advance to let you know if your services are required.
