The intent of the CSHSBBC Volunteer of the Year Award is to recognize an individual who has made
significant contributions to the organization through their volunteer service.  Nominee may be any Clear SpringsHigh School Band Booster Club (CSHSBBC) member in good standing. Although multiple nominations may be submitted for each nominee, only one nomination is required to ensure eligibility for the award. The CSHSBBC Executive Commitee will evaluate all entrees and select a winner. Active CSHSBBC Executive officers are not eligible for consideration.

Any or all of the following may be considered in making and evaluating nominations. The nominee:
 Contribution has been consistent and sustained throughout the year, not just a single contribution or two.
 Sets an example that we would like others to emulate.
 Demonstrate exceptional commitment, service, creativity, cooperation, or leadership. The following areas will be assessed:

• reach
• engagement
• challenges
• inspiration
