Thank you for volunteering your time to help us on our away performances and competitions.

The expectations for serving on the "Pit Crew" are that you will arrive to the band's location 30 minutes prior to our performance time to acquire the assigned equipment. From there, you will follow the band to the loading area and begin setting up our performance site when instructed. After the performance, you will then tear down the field and return the equipment to our box truck.

"Pit Crew" members will not have to pay entrance fees to any festivals. Our parking locations will be available once received.

Mrs. Kennedy will contact you by email two weeks in advance to let you know if your services are required.
