A Night at the Stables - Dessert Donation
Fill out the form if you are donating a dessert for the auction or for individual serving sales.  The event is Thursday, April 4th.  Donation sign ups will close April 1st.

Bring your dessert in a container that the purchaser can take with them or easily dispose of.  For cakes, bringing them on a cake board is preferred.  For cupcakes, please bring in cupcake papers.

Suggested donations for 
  • Auction Desserts:  cakes, pies, tarts, cheesecakes
  • Individual Serving Sales:  cupcakes, dessert bars, cookies

Deliver your dessert  to the band room 3-3:30 pm or 5-5:15 pm April 4th.  If you need pick up, email Jodi Rathbun at jrathbun12@comcast.net.
