Thank you for filling out the Consumable order form for this years marching band season.
The responses to this form will be used to calculate the individual student consumable fee for Marching Band 2023. Uniform/Consumable fees are calculated using this approach for many reasons:
- To ensure all fees are communicated clearly at the time of commitment and collected efficiently
- To ensure consistency in visual appearance
- To ensure every student has the required items needed to participate
In addition, this form will be used to order all required uniform pieces for the entire marching band season. This will be the only time many of these items will be ordered in bulk. Since the band does not keep additional pieces,(shorts, polos, shoes, etc) any late orders will be delivered late and require a additional shipping charge. Students will not be able to participate if they do not have the required items.
You may opt out of purchasing some if they are already owned by your student. Once this form is submitted, purchases are made and all consumable items will be the property of the student and cannot be returned/refunded.
Mason Band Boosters will be recording your student's Consumable/Uniform fixed fee in Charms. Payment is Due on May 1st prior to mini-band camp. Consistent with our refund policy, once items have been purchased for your student, they can not be refunded.
