Welcome to Broadway Night 2021-22!

Complete this registration form to participate in Broadway Night - Jukebox Musical. If you have multiple students participating, you must complete the registration process for each performer separately.

NOTE: Broadway Night Registration is now closed. Please do not register or submit any information unless you have been asked to by show leadership. 

Broadway Night Contract

This is an online contract that we ask all performers and parents to review and agree to in order to ensure you understand and agree to your commitments for participating in Broadway Night.

Broadway Night Registration and Payment

This form will collect all your information and provide an opportunity to make an online payment via credit or debit card. If you are applying for financial aid, select "applying for financial aid" as an option in order to complete the form.

If you need to work out an arrangement for alternative way of payment (other than credit or debit card), please stop the
registration process and email broadwaynight@southlakeschorus.org to work out an alternative
payment arrangement.  Once that payment is received then you may then register.

Broadway Night Fees

Broadway Night 2021-22's fees will be $75 for performers. Participation fees help cover the cost of the event including:

  • Music and performance rights
  • Professional musicians for our combo accompanying the performers
  • Professional directors who receive a small stipend for their time
  • Staging and set decorations
  • Production and tech crews including sound and lighting design
  • Marketing and promotion
  • T-Shirts for all cast members

Registration Instructions

High School Student Performers: Please complete this registration process if you have received a Broadway Night welcome email and participated in a BWN audition.

Pyramid Parents and Performers: Please complete this registration form if you have elected to participate in Broadway Night.

Creative Staff and Volunteers: Please complete the registration process so we have all your pertinent information and can reach you.
