Please carefully read through this document, fill out the form completely, and enroll in our private lesson program if you are firmly committing to investing in our private lesson teachers and your child's musical development through this additional opportunity.

The goal of the Birdville Independent School District Fine Arts Department is to provide the very best learning experiences for every student. One of these learning experiences is the opportunity for a student to study privately with a professional musician. The Private Lesson Program serves a twofold purpose. It allows interested students to receive additional individual help in their musical training. Secondly, this individual attention generally improves the performance level of the individual student and also has a positive effect on the ensemble in which the student participates.

I understand the cost of private lessons and agree to pay $18 per lesson to my private lesson teacher, unless I am receiving financial aid. If this is the case, I will pay a percentage of the weekly cost while the band pays the remaining amount. *
