By entering parent and/or student name(s), we are confirming that all Marching Band music has been downloaded and printed, and that all information on the Marching Band spreadsheet is accurate.  We are also confirming our understanding that all music must be learned by August 16th and that the warm-up, pregame, and halftime music must be memorized by August 23rd. *
By entering parent and/or student name(s), we are confirming that we have updated our contact information in the Charms Office Management System.  We are also confirming that we have completed the uniform sizing Google Form. *
By entering parent and/or student name(s), we are confirming that the student will be present at ALL Marching Band rehearsals and performances (except the Dr. M. kickoff performance, which is still TBD), OR that we have resolved all potential conflicts with Mr. Blackman (meaning that we have alerted him and have heard back).  We are also aware of the date and time of the Back-To-Band parent meeting. *
By entering parent and/or student name(s), we are confirming our understanding that every student has a specific spot in the Marching Band drill, and that it can not simply be re-written to accommodate additions or subtractions to the roster.  The student is committed to performing with the Marching Band and will not make changes to his/her class schedule that will affect Band after this point.  If we can not commit to this, we have discussed the situation with Mr. Blackman. *
