London Room Mate Selection and Chaperoning - Due September 15th

This form is for every person traveling on our trip.

The majority of people will be in rooms of 2 in London. This fits the European style (small) room.

Rooms are either a double bed or two twin beds.

There are some rooms of 3 that are considered family rooms (2 adults and 1 child) available that you can request below. Family rooms are a double bed and a pull out couch.

Students may room with another student or a member of their own family.

Adults can be placed in a single room for an upcharge.

Please list your room mate request (for all travelers- students, parents, family). Before submitting this request, please coordinate your request with the other person and both list the other person's name. To view all travelers on this trip, click here

HHS Band Students can room with another HHS Band student or a member of his/her own family.

If you do not list a request, we will place you in a room as needed.
